CAL PERKS & The Partner Vendor

Over 75% of the businesses in California are “small employers”.  
Over five million employees work for those small businesses.  CAL
PERKS was designed to help those small employers compete in
today’s business climate.

CAL PERKS is a service bureau developed to provide valued perks
(your services) to the small employers in California with less than
500 employees.  CAL PERKS extends these “extras” to small
businesses that are typically enjoyed only by large company
employees.  Our goal is to give the small employer a way to
increase their company’s “employee perk” options at a very low
cost.  Since most small companies don’t qualify for many of the
employee perk offerings due to their size, CAL PERKS will leverage
the combined size of our small employers to appeal to our vendors
and acquire the discounts that are extended to large companies.

Our partner vendors offer services that range from major
warehouse stores, to amusement parks such as Knott’s Berry
Farm and sports teams like the Los Angeles Dodgers.   Vendors
will also provide lifestyle offerings, such as discount memberships
to fitness clubs and discounted rates for home repair.   Our
business model is simple:  no fee to the vendor, no fee to the
employee and a modest fee to the employer.  CAL PERKS is not a
reseller or broker.  Because our Partner Vendors are listed on our
site at no charge we are looking for our Partner Vendors to pass
on the savings directly to our employee members.  Our goal is to
direct our employee members to your site and ultimately, to your
business.

How can you participate in CAL PERKS?

In some cases, our partner vendors are creating “promo codes” or
a CAL PERKS landing page within their website to include member
specials for online registration or purchases.  For those vendors
who do not have an on-line purchasing option, other suggestions
include offering a member discount with a “promo code” at the
purchasing location or a coupon to bring into their location.  The
possibilities are flexible and can be as creative as you would like
them to be.  

There will be repeated opportunities throughout the year to reach
our members and showcase your company.  CAL PERKS will be
distributing a regular email update on new or highlighted vendors,
as well as information on special announcements or new discounts
that are being offered by our existing vendors.  As a preferred CAL
PERKS vendor, we want you to have every opportunity to reach
our members, acquaint them with your services, and increase your
business.  Show your support for small business by being a part of
